1. Services
Twilight I.T. LLC provides web hosting, web development, business IT services, and point of sale (POS) solutions. All services are provided “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied.
2. Payments and Cancellations
- All sales are final. No refunds are provided.
- Standard service cancellations require 30 days’ written notice.
- Microsoft licensing (and any other services with annual commitments) are subject to the vendor’s terms. Microsoft licenses have a 7-day cancellation window after activation. After that period, licenses remain active until the end of the one-year term and will auto-renew each year thereafter.
- Any fees paid in advance for annual services are non-refundable.
- Clients must request termination dates in writing for any licensing service with yearly commitments.
3. Liability
Twilight I.T. LLC is not responsible for data loss, downtime, service interruptions, or damages caused by third-party services, vendors, or other providers. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups regardless if specifically included in their service plan.
4. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Bonner County, Idaho.
5. Changes to Terms
Twilight I.T. LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the most current Terms.
SEO & Online Visibility Services – Additional Terms
Service Scope
SEO and Online Visibility services are provided on an ongoing, best-effort basis. These services focus on improving website clarity, content, and visibility over time. No specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes are guaranteed.
No Guaranteed Results
Search visibility is influenced by many factors outside of our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, and market conditions. Twilight I.T. does not guarantee specific results, rankings, or increases in traffic or sales.
Initial Commitment
SEO & Online Visibility services require an initial three (3) month commitment. This allows sufficient time to establish content, improvements, and direction.
Ongoing Service & Cancellation
After the initial three-month term, services continue on a month-to-month basis. Clients may cancel at any time with written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
No Refunds
Due to the ongoing nature of the work and time invested, all payments are non-refundable, including during the initial commitment period.
Limitation of Liability
Twilight I.T.’s liability for SEO & Online Visibility services is limited to the amount paid by the client for services during the most recent billing period. Under no circumstances shall Twilight I.T. be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging SEO & Online Visibility services, submitting payment, or continuing service after the initial term, the client agrees to these terms.
